Sharlene Martin, President of Martin Literary & Media Management has announced the signing veteran crime investigative reporter Nicole Weisensee Egan as its newest client.
During her 25 years plus in the business, Egan has established an impressive record of reeling in exclusive interviews on some of the nation’s most high-profile crime and human-interest stories.
She was the first to take a deep look at the drugging and sexual assault allegations against entertainer Bill Cosby in 2005, when few journalists would touch the story. She earned a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice at Temple University in Philadelphia, one of the nation’s top programs of its kind, while working full time at the Daily News in an effort to “make sense out of the senseless.”
